上海飞机制造有限公司(简称上飞公司)前身为始建于1950年的飞机修理队,后更名为国营第五七〇三厂、上海飞机制造厂,2008年5月11日整建制进入中国商飞公司,为其所属总装制造中心。2009年6月6日,完成公司制改制,成为上海飞机制造有限公司。按照现代企业管理制度和国企改革要求,2018年3月9日,上飞公司成立第一届董事会,完善法人治理机制。曾获“全国文明单位”“全国五一劳动奖状”“中央企业先进基层党组织”“上海市文明单位”“上海市高新技术企业”等荣誉。
Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd.(SAMC), formerly known as State-owned Factory No. 5703 and then Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Factory , was an aircraft repair team set up in 1950, later got incorporated into Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd. (COMAC) on May 11, 2008, and became the Final Assembly and Manufacturing Center of COMAC. On June 6, 2009, Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Factory completed the corporation system reform and became Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd. According to the modern enterprise management system and the requirements for state-owned enterprise reform, SAMC established the first Board of Directors on March 9, 2018, improving its corporate governance mechanism. SAMC has been honored with many awards, such as “National Civilized Unit”, “National May 1 Labor Award”, “Advanced Primary-level Party Organization of Central Enterprises”, “Shanghai Civilized Unit”, and “Shanghai Hi-Tech Enterprise”.
上飞公司注册资本为83.1亿元人民币,中国商飞公司占注册资本的100%。上飞公司主要承担着飞机总装集成、关键零部件制造、维修交付和转包生产等主营业务。现有从业人员8443人。
SAMC has the registered capital of RMB 8.31 billion, contributed by COMAC in full. Its main businesses include aircraft final assembly and integration, manufacturing of key aircraft components, maintenance and delivery, and subcontract production. It now has 8,443 employees.
上飞公司现有浦东和大场两大基地。大场基地占地面积489亩,主要承担航空零部件生产和波音转包生产,特种工艺、衍生机型改装等任务;浦东基地占地面积4049亩,主要承担ARJ21新支线飞机和C919大型客机总装集成、CR929宽体客机研制,复合材料研发制造、航空零部件制造以及飞机维修与交付等任务。其中,浦东基地ARJ21新支线飞机生产线2019年3月投入使用。
SAMC now has two major manufacturing bases, including Dachang Base and Pudong Base. The former has a floor space of 32.6 hectares, and is mainly tasked with aircraft component production, Boeing subcontract production, special processes, derivative aircraft modification, etc. The latter, covering an area of 269.93 hectares, is mainly responsible for the final assembly and integration of the regional jet “ARJ21” and the large passenger “C919”, development of the wide-body passenger “CR929”, R&D and manufacturing of composite materials, aviation component manufacturing, aircraft maintenance & delivery, etc. Meanwhile, the production line of the regional jet “ARJ21” went into service at Pudong Base in March, 2019.
上飞公司从20世纪50年代的飞机修理队起步,为空海军、中国民航修理、改装30多种型号的飞机3400多架;20世纪70年代起,成功研制了我国自行设计、拥有我国自主知识产权的四发喷气式客机运十;80年代起与美国麦克唐纳·道格拉斯飞机公司合作生产了35架MD82/83飞机,分别交付中国东方航空公司、中国北方航空公司和美国TWA航空公司;90年代中期起,作为主制造商,会同西飞、成飞和沈飞共同完成了机体70%国产化的MD90干线飞机2架,交付中国北方航空公司。
Starting as an aircraft repair team back in the 1950s, SAMC repaired and modified more than 3,400 aircraft of over 30 models for China’s air and marine forces as well as airline industry. In the 1970s, it successfully developed Shanghai Y-10, a four-engine jet airliner with independent intellectual property rights(IRP). In the 1980s, it cooperated with the American corporation, McDonnell Douglas, to produce thirty-five MD-82 and MD-83 jetliners, which were then delivered to China Eastern Airlines, China Northern Airlines and Trans World Airlines (TWA). In the mid-1990s, as the main manufacturer, it rolled out two MD90 trunk liners which were then delivered to China Northern Airlines, together with Xi’an Aircraft Industry (Group) Co., Ltd., Chengdu Aircraft Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. and Shenyang Aircraft Co.,Ltd., with 70% of the frames domestically made.
目前,上飞公司主要承担我国拥有自主知识产权的ARJ21新支线飞机、C919大型客机批产和CR929宽体客机研制任务,以及波音737MAX水平安定面等4个项目转包生产。ARJ21新支线飞机进入批生产阶段,目前已交付中国国际航空、中国南方航空、中国东方航空、成都航空、天骄航空、江西航空、华夏航空、印尼翎亚航空等客户,累计交付飞机101架,运营航线352条,通航城市120个,安全载客突破600万人次,安全运行突破20万小时。2022年12月18日,首次交付首家海外客户印尼翎亚航空。C919大型客机取得TIA、TC、PC,正式进入批生产阶段。2022年9月29日,C919大型客机在北京获颁型号合格证(TC);11月29日,获颁生产许可证(PC);12月9日,向中国东方航空交付全球首架飞机。CR929宽体客机研制工作稳步推进,首架开工全面启动,复材设计和制造成熟度稳步提升,2021年6月,首架机机头在航空工业成飞民机开工制造、复材平尾试生产鉴定件(PPV)在上飞公司浦东基地开铺,2021年12月15日,前机身上壁板长桁试生产鉴定件(PPV)、平尾前梁试生产验证件(PPM)分别在中航复材公司、上飞公司浦东基地两地同时开工制造。
Major missions that SAMC is currently engaged with include: batch production of ARJ21 and C919 with independent intellectual property rights (IPR); the development of CR929; and 4 subcontract projects, such as production of horizontal stabilizers for Boeing 737 MAX. The batch production of ARJ21 has been carried out, and a total of 101 ARJ21 aircraft have already been delivered to customers including Air China, China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, Chengdu Airlines, Genghis Khan Airlines, Jiangxi Air, China Express and Trans Nusa. A total of 352 routes connecting 120 cities are served by these aircraft, which have carried over 6 million passengers and exceeded 200,000 safe operation hours. On December 18, 2022, the ARJ21 aircraft was delivered to the first overseas customer, Trans Nusa. C919 obtained TIA, TC and PC, officially entering the stage of batch production. On September 29, 2022, C919 obtained TC in Beijing. On November 29, 2022, C919 obtained PC. On December 9, 2022, the first C919 aircraft was delivered to China Eastern Airlines. As the steady promoting of CR929 and the start of the first aircraft manufacturing, the technology of composite design and manufacturing has been steadily improved. In June 2021, the first aircraft nose was manufactured in Chengfei Commercial Aircraft Corporation, and the PPV of composite horizontal tail was started in Pudong Base of SAMC. On December 15, 2021, PPV of the stringer of fore body upper panel and PPM of the front horizontal tail spar were respectively started to manufacture in AVIC Composite Co., Ltd. and Pudong Base of SAMC.
